Simple FAX manager

Hi

I want to share with you one very simple but nice approach how you can automatize management of received faxes.

Usually all devices which are capable to receive faxes have many possibilities, features, configuration options etc. But you do not need them all if you have Lotus Domino/Notes Powa!
You need only one thing from all such devices - ability to send received fax by email.

So, this approach requires only three steps to do:

1. Create a new Mail database
2. Create a mail-in document for this database, for example fax_manager@somecompany.com
3. Configure native mail rules for forwarding received faxes to required persons

Easy, fast, no cost.
